To sign up for the challenge you pay a one time enrollment fee to cover the costs of setting up your personalized fitness and nutrition plan, and your monthly subscription will begin on day 1 of the challenge at a $47 recurring rate.
Yes, no matter your age, gender, or weight. You will be able to achieve sustainable weight loss. If you follow the program and adhere to the guidelines you will be able to achieve your weight loss goals within a year.
Everyone is different, so it really depends, however most people will start seeing results after 3-4 weeks. During the first 3 weeks, you'll see your weight fluctuate because of water/food weight changing. All results will vary but you will typically start seeing results after 3 weeks.
